KIDS Yoga Workshop!

4 Sundays ... April 24, May 1, May 8 & May 22 ... 4 pm

Our comprehensive program, inspired by Little Flower Yoga school methodology, helps students connect to themselves and the world around them while improving their physical, emotional, social and cognitive well-being. $60/$65 at the door. A make-up class will be offered June 5 for anyone unable to attend all 4 classes in the series. Children ages 5-10
