Shooting Stars Lacrosse Class: Focuses on the introductory skills of stick handling, cradling, dodging, shooting and scooping on the move with an introduction to stationary passing and receiving.
Shooting Stars Soccer Class: Focuses on dribbling, shooting, ball control, heading, passing and receiving the ball. In advanced classes we play small sided games to reinforce those skills learned and put the emphasis on achieving those skills taught.
