Welcome Tiny Songbirds to the Smithtown community! Experience the joy of music and movement classes with your little ones. All classes are designed to tap into the thinking, feeling and moving aspects of each child. Come learn more and see for yourself at their Open House on Saturday, May 2nd, from 9:30am to 11:30am.
Each child is born with creative potential, and music/movement classes are the perfect place to discover it! These formative years are critical for their artistic development. Tiny Songbird's curriculum is based upon a mixture of educational theories such as those of Don Campbell (The Mozart Effect for Children), Edwin Gordon (Music Learning Theory), John Feierabend (The Thirty Year Plan).
Classes are taught by Jessica Zamek, an operatic soprano and vocal music teacher. Jessica has been teaching music for over 15 years and loves working with young children at Tiny Songbirds. Classes start May 4th, and are for children ages Birth through 5.
