Hidden Pond Day Camp at The Rinx

The summer can seem to fly by so quickly...make this “A Summer to Remember” for your child by enrolling them in Hidden Pond Day Camp at The Rinx.  HPDC has been providing unforgettable summers for children of Suffolk County since 1992.  Running this summer from June 27^th-August 19^th, our program offers choices of a 4 or 5 day program with as few as 3 weeks to our maximum of 8 weeks.

Children enrolled in HPDC will follow a rotating schedule, so the activities are always changing.  Each day the children will get to swim twice, receiving American Red Cross Swimming Lessons during the first.  That is not the only way your child will keep cool this summer-every HPDC camper gets to go Ice Skating DAILY!  Lunch and snacks are all provided in tuition.  HPDC has both Athletic and Creative and Performing Arts Specialists who will take the time to introduce your child to a specific skill set of their activity area and then let the kids explore their newly learned skill through the activity or game they have planned for that day. 

The Summer time can be a crucial time for a child’s development.  Here at HPDC, we focus on the 21^st Century Skills that can’t always be received while sitting in a classroom.  Through each activity, each interaction and each situation that our campers face, we make it our job to strengthen these skills in every child-instilling a sense of pride, determination, and grit in our campers that we hope will stick with them throughout their life.
